About me

About me

Curiosity has always been my driving force. As a kid, I asked a lot of questions. That same mindset led me to study psychology, specialize in human-centered design, and later dive into business innovation.


Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with major companies across many industries, helping them stay curious about new opportunities, prove what works (and what doesn’t, also part of the deal), and make sure the right ideas stick and get scaled. During those years, I learned how to navigate new fresh ideas in complex business contexts.


I got to see firsthand how corporates moved from treating innovation as a one-off initiative to embedding it into their strategy. I’ve helped corporates set up the right processes, coached their teams, and made sure innovation became part of how they run their business today.
